Term and Conditions of Aziz Pasha Andlyan

These terms and conditions are designed to set clear expectations, protect our mutual interests, and foster a collaborative partnership throughout the creative process. By outlining our responsibilities and commitments, we can ensure a productive and enjoyable working relationship.

1. Scope of Work

   All project details, including deliverables, deadlines, and specific requirements, will be outlined and agreed upon in a written proposal or contract before the project begins. Any additional requests outside of the agreed scope may result in adjusted timeline.

2. Payment Term

   A downpayment of 50% is required upfront before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or according to milestones agreed verbally or in the contract paper.

3. Revisions Policy

   Each project includes up to three rounds of revisions to ensure satisfaction with the final result. Additional revisions beyond this will be billed, which will be specified in the contract.

4. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

   Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to use the final design and materials for the agreed purpose. I --Aziz Pasha Andlyan, retains the right to showcase the work in my portfolio or as part of his promotional materials unless a non-disclosure agreement has been signed.

5. Project Timeline and Communication

   Estimated timelines will be provided for each project stage. Delays in feedback or approvals from You(as my client) may affect the timeline. Regular check-ins will be held, and all communication will occur virtually/direct meetings.

6. Cancellation Policy

   If the project is canceled by You(as my client) after work has begun, the downpayment will not be refunded. If canceled by me --Aziz Pasha Andlyan due to unforeseen circumstances, a prorated refund of the downpayment will be issued based on work completed.
